Meditation Workshop – Free Event (Donations Appreciated)

Come join and get to meet other like-minded people. We will be going over basics of breathing, movement, and seeing where the class would like to focus as a group – each week will be different. 

Then we will embark on a guided meditation run by Bryan, and leave time afterwards for interaction, connecting.

6:00 – 6:30 – Breathwork, Movement, Discussion, and Class Focus

6:30 – 7:00 – Guided Meditation

7:00 – 7:30 – Questions and Group Interaction

I will be locking the room entirely for the meditation section so that people do not get disturbed by others joining, but if you are running late you are welcome to join up until then.
