Guided Meditation – Free Event – Followed by Workshop
Come join and get to meet other like-minded people. We will be going over basics of breathing, movement, and seeing where the class would like to focus as a group – each week will be different as a way to introduce people to different types of meditations and movement.
If you have a cushion, or a specific portable chair you like to sit in for meditation, bring it along. We have a very good amount of seating, but we want you comfortable.
Then we will embark on a guided meditation run by Bryan, and leave time afterwards for interaction, connecting.
6:00 – 6:25 – Breathwork, Movement, Discussion, and Class Focus
6:25 – 6:30 – Break, Last Chance Inside before meditation
6:30 – 7:00 – Guided Meditation
7:00 – 7:15 – Questions and Group Interaction
I will be locking the room entirely for the meditation section so that people do not get disturbed by others joining, but if you are running late you are welcome to join up until then.
We will have a break from 7:15 – 7:30 and then dive right into the workshop for anyone who is staying to join us for further exploration.

8:45 – 9:15 – Closing Meditation and Q & A
